How do I change the shipping address on a previously placed order?

Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The already made payments will be refunded to you.

Why is there no warranty card in the box?

Paper warranty cards are no longer included with phones. Companies now include an e-warranty with all new devices, which is active as soon as the phone is turned on and a SIM card is inserted. You may check your phone's warranty status online or by going to a nearby warranty center.
